Create Android and iOS CRUD + Chat and Leveling Up Apps

I want a simple CRUD ios and android apps that can level up the user once it has done the task/quest from other user. The mock up is simple just look at the attachment below. Only have 1 home / page. Showing 3 columns and 3 rows of quests that is around us or at random. So User can: 1. Add new quest Fill the tittle, description, type of quests (dropdown choice between these two: survival or for fun), upload the quest image or choose image that is provided by us. Like when you choose background at Trello or banner header at social media 2. Search bar, voice search, Filter and sort: Filter by location, type of quests. Sort by date ascendant/descendant, alphabetical. 3. When clicking their profile picture the options are: Chats Edit profile & password My Quests (can edit quests that is still open) Log Out 4. When clicking at other people's quest we can: See details, how many join and selected Join the quest (See mock up below) 5. On my quest When we select people to do the quest it does not have deadline or anything just when we, as the poster, feel satisfied we can then reward the person that is selected and both the poster and the person that is declared finishing the quest will get experience that can level up in this apps. 6. Leveling Up Upon finishing a quest we will get experience by: The star that is given to us. Scale of 1-10 stars. 1 star get 10 exp, 10 stars get 100 exp. Upon declaring someone finish our quest we get experience as well. No matter the star we give to them, 1 person we declare finish our quest will make us get 5 exp. We level up every 1000 experience. Each level has its own name and avatar like old Gamespot. Level 1 called Zinx, Level 2 Star Dragon, Level 3 Ultimecia, Level 4 Leonheart, Level 5 Bahamut, Level 6 Obeliks, Level 7 Tierkreis, Level 8 Kuldes, Level 9 Shredding Wind, Level 10 Alnitak, etc 7. Register Upon registration is very simple people only need to fill: Username Password Profile picture (optional) 8. Chat with the poster of the quest or vice versa to the quest applicant. I only have USD 20 and I want this to be finished in 2 weeks and the source code and the apk+ios downloadable file will be given to me.
