We want to turn our PC program into a Wordpress website, and later add a mobile app to compliment it. You can see the current PC program by downloading the free trial at [login to view URL] It contains a comprehensive help system that can be used as a detailed specification of the program's current features. We will run the project in several phases as follows: Phase 1: Prototype - we will hire several freelancers to prototype a small portion of the project and use the results to select the freelancer who best fits our needs for the remaining phases. Phase 2: Conversion - we will hire the selected freelancer to convert the existing PC program into a Wordpress website. Phase 3: Enhancements - we will add some new features to the website including expense and time recording/reporting, a user forum, ad placements, and subscription invoicing/collection. Phase 4: Mobile App - we will later add an iOS/Android app to compliment the website. We are soliciting proposals for Phase 1 of this project. Please install and play with the trial version of our PC program and review the Help documentation attached. Your proposal should describe how you will build a prototype of the main 'tree' structure of the PC program and the "Part Information" form (see the attached user manual for descriptions). Your prototype must be limited to 20 hours of work or less, including time to present it to us and answer our questions. Thank you for your consideration.
