Connecting the backend and frontend of the Social Networking Platform

I need some changes to an existing website. It's a Social Network. Just need the backend and frontend connected. You just need to connect them both and add a few functionalities as per the flowchart. Make sure you know PHP, HTML, CSS, JS with advanced knowledge of web development. Need it within 5 days max.
