We use data science to help executives risk-manage their innovation investments. We want to build a client portal to provide our Assessments in a better way. Why we are doing this: • Advance our offering and our client experience with a secure online portal where individual risk assessments are concisely displayed via an intuitive interface. • Amass all assessments in one place to enable further analysis of data. In the first instance with a ‘calculator’ type interface where clients can input data (according to specified fields) to calculate risk-adjusted figures. • Support annual retention of clients by keeping all information in a secure environment with additional analysis tools available to current clients. • Enable a more efficient process for staff to develop risk assessments. • Automate parts of the process so as to improve efficiency. Key features of the portal: - Permission based access for employees and clients (3 levels) and ability to activate/ deactivate access and update/ change details. - Inputs via a - 40 question web form/ survey with basic question logic and both open ended and qualitative questions. Ability to clone and edit previous inputs and download a PDF of submitted inputs. - Admin dashboard: o Download client inputs for offline assessment (Zipped file of PDF of answers and any additional documents the client has provided) o Allocate inputs (projects) to staff o Track project status (new project, work in progress, for approval, delivered) o Upload assessment results (16 templates with predetermined fields and some fields that need to be manually inputted) o Approve results and view historic results - Client dashboard: o View results and download as PDF o View key data across all results and input further data to calculate new values (calculator type application based on formulas have been mapped out in an Excel spreadsheet). - Email notifications linked to project status. - Secure hosting – Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. We have mapped the data flow, have the templates and formulas detailed in Excel and have the user interface designs. We are essentially looking for a reliable developer to build the portal for us and get it securely hosted on Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services. Using a common coding language is essential.
