Cake Php website

Requirements : Experienced backend developer thats proficient with message boards ( adding Like and Reply). Site is Cake PHP so must be proficient. We need someone that can add the "reply" button to our message forum board. I have a new health and fitness site that has a message board on it called Fit Board. The last dev casually left off "Reply" so no one can reply to each others comments. I need that added on They added "Like" but I want "reply"added as well. Also, when you upload a comment with photo it doesn't upload right away until after you tap submit.. I want users to see that they're uploading before tapping on submit.
