Build a websiteAirbnb/Vrbo Like Site – (List your own rental) website with the same features as Airbnb or Vrbo

I am interested in a website that is like Airbnb or Vrbo, it needs to have all the same functionalities as Airbnb or Vrbo, a website to compete with Airbnb or Vrbo. I have looked around on Google doing searches for this and it appears as though there are a handful of ready made products out there, “scripts”, however most all of their sales pages have poor English or there is errors on their demos, I could not find any pre made product with a sales page that made me feel confident I was looking at a product that would work perfectly right away. The cost for these pre-made products is anywhere from $300 to $900, so I am interested to see what kind of bids I can get on Freelancer for a custom build. I probably would be willing to pay something more than the prices I have seen advertised for the security of the escrow system here, which ensures I end up with a product that works. I am not sure how much more though; I am open to offers. I am looking for a clean simple build, fast loading pages, a quality site where if I pay to drive traffic there it can function at a high level. About me: I have a lot of experience with SEO and an understanding of html, I am familiar working with wordpress sites that have been already set up by others (I do not do the installs myself), but I do not know much about this type of site, about what would be required to make a site like this, so the better you can explain to me what you would be doing and this would work the better your chances of getting the gig. I am used to working with regular retail websites, I use hostgator for my hosting. One said I needed “Facebook app credential” well what is that? Is that hard to get, it sounds like it is? What if I pay for the script but can’t get the credential? Do I have to hire someone else that has that credential to install the site? Here is a line from one of the pre made product sales pages: We submit your apps which is bought from us. We give you complete support to submit iOS Apps in App Store & Android apps in Play Store. I do not understand what that means. Also to be honest I do not fully understand why all of the pre made products use the word “script” in their product description and not "website". So the better you can explain things it will help me and help you get the gig and yes it needs to have an app too so hosts and customers can sign in on their cell phones, etc. All the functionalities of Vrbo or Homeaway or Airbnb, etc. As far as the template, that is negotiable if there is one out there you know of that you think would work fine, I could buy that (and you use it as the base of the site) or you can include that in your price. I have not had much luck Googling “VRBO template” the results are templates that would be for a single property, for someone looking to make their own website instead of using Vrbo.
