Build me a website system like MLM

Hi, I need individual to build a website system for my business. The strategy plan almost like MLM.

My budget is limited. If you think what i offer you not worthy, dont bid. Thanks.

Basically : -

I have three different of pricing

1. non register price for visitor - without sign up

2. register member - price for normal member

3. register member - price for VIP who buy in large amount- at which they can get that price if they pay that amount.

Website requirement & functionlity:

before log in: guest will see this 4-5 pagepanel

1. front page

- it will show business information

2. product

- it will show product information and cart ( price of product will be shown is retail price for non register member)- non register member they can buy direct without sign up

3. Membership information

- guest can fill registration form, choose which membership they prefer (two type of member - normal member or vip member) and do the payment. (it will good if can send auto generate email reply about their registration. probably like we can inform the guest, this will taking 2-3 days working day to process.)

AFTER register - guest will provide by user id and temporary password for log in:

I expected guest will see :

1st page panel - information about product & price

dont forget we have two type membership plan. so it must set up automatic according to their membership plan.

normal member -mean those who register for normal they will see price for member

vip member - mean they will see price by with min amount

2nd page panel

- guest network and referral that they had made

- in this page must able to listed automatically information those who register using their link or code. information should be auto generate- member id, name, current month purchase, amount of new network, total purchase history of that month. at the end of the page 2 should mention : how much network commission & purchase commission this person gain from the downline/refferal program.

3. Personal sales & order information

in this page - the guest can view his/her order history of that particular month.

how much sales that he/she has made.

how many stock she/he has in HQ (made it available for vip only)

4th page:

it can be access by VIP only, this for the vip to key in shipping information. total product they plan to send out shall tally with page 3 , the number stock of each product they have. if more than stock they have, system should able to inform that they need to restock to proceed the business.

here also, i want system that can directly link with selected logistic company mean like, it will automatic update the delivery status from time to time.

feature currency & auto page translation is needed too.

That is the rough idea of it function.
