Build a Website -only for freelancers

I am looking for a Word press Developer. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is Rs 3k. I want you to use a combination themes and integrate and develop a nice website..I would really like you to get the paid theme for free using the software . The site was live but due to some issues go daddy has taken the hosting away and I did not have back up of it. I had got it done on the following themes. [login to view URL] It is about 10 pages. I will pay half the amount once the site layout is done,content and images uploaded. It can be on your test server.
