Build a URL masking system

I need to create a technoly to mask an affiliate tracking link while redirecting it to a client's website without changing the URLs. A quick example of how the tracking should work: Affiliate tracking link> redirect (or multiples redirects so it's hard to track the affiliate parameters through third party companies like BrandVerity) > clien'ts website without any change in the URL. The parameters should work behind the scenes so the advertiser and the affiliate network can see the sales as generated by my affiliate link.
