Build Two Related Websites to Demonstrate Customized Security Rules for Higher Security

I have just obtained a major patent for an improved security system, and now wish to develop a demo site to illustrate the concept. Need a programmer to create two demo sites: (1) a fake bank account where users can register (and get free fake money) and try out customized security rules to protect their loot, and (2) a site for setting up the customized rules to govern access to the first. Purpose is to illustrate the power of customized security rules when logging in to a secure site like a bank account. The patented concept involves adding a "hidden action" or "covert cue" to user credentials. When the hidden action is present, login succeeds. Otherwise, login looks like it succeeds but results in limited or feigned access to the account. The nature of the hidden action and the response if it is missing is selected by the user on the second website which governs login at the first website (a simulated bank account). Hidden actions can include a deliberate error in CAPTCHA (e.g., type lowercase L for 1 or N for M, according to specific rules), or the exact location on the submit button that is click (e.g., click and hold on the letter "I" in "Submit"), or the time when the submit button is clicked (e.g., when the seconds on a displayed clock show 17 or 37). Thus, the login of the simulated bank website should include a CAPTCHA system, a button that detects where the click occurred (e.g., on the letter "I"), a displayed clock and a timing system to detect exactly when the click occurred, and then the ability to compare these actions to the user settings that have been previously entered for that account. The simulated bank site should allow users to register and once registered, they will have an amount of fake money to play with, including the ability to send invitations to others to join with fake cash gifts attached, and fake cash incentives when friends do join. Purpose of the two sites is to allow users to test the power of hidden actions as part of a secure login system that can't be easily accessed by hackers or onlookers who see the password.
