I have a project for an online auction that should be on a responsive website with admin backend and have iPhone and Android apps as well for the auctions. It will be timed auctions and users can add as many as they like with media as well. All the normal auction features will be there like, buy now, reserve price, auto bid up to x amount, follow, seller/buyer profile, notifications, payment gateway, add-on payments for featuring bid history, messaging, user validation, categories, regions, flag/report and any other "normal" auction features. Keep in mind this has to be multi-language with an easy way to translate/upload new language files. Since I have not built an auction before I would rely on you to be the expert with PREVIOUS auction creating/building experience. So you know how to build a fast, reliable, scalable auction site/app. Firstly I need to know which option you recommend: 1. Build auction and site from scratch in PHP framework 2. Buy a WP auction and improve/customize it to match our needs (ex: [login to view URL]) 3. Buy a PHP auction script (example: [login to view URL]) and improve/optimize it to match our needs. 4. Build auction and site from scratch in WP 5. Your idea to make the best, strongest auction site Any other options to consider? Please let me know which one you prefer and why. Your reasoning will be critical in our selection of who to use for the job. It will also show us that you have the required experience and knowledge to build this and make the project a success. I am already building the sitemap and the html layout/website design, so you don't have to worry about that. Finally, the job needs to be built for scale, for many hundreds of simultaneous users bidding from website and apps without any glitches or crashes or mistakes. Hi, I'd suggest to build website from scratch in PHP beause ou mentioned hundreds of users will come to your website for bidding so it means there is traffic in your website and Wordpress might not afford it. So I suggest to build website from scratch but I believe website price will go high. Make sure you are flexible with price because if you hire low budget freelancer you will get low quality work and we are not like them. We never compromise with Quality.
