Build me a Nike Verified Account generator -- 2

I am looking to hire someone that is able and capable of creating a bot with gui , that is able to generate Verified Nike accounts on Nike.com. Accounts will be verified with virtual sms numbers from a website which i am considering now, you are able to access it through their api. I must be able to create a lot of accounts.
