Build a networking app in Spanish for iOS + Android, with mini CMS

We would like this app built either in React Native, PWA or another framework which allows for quick deployment to iOS and Android. This is a low-budget, short-time frame project, so please do not bid if you cannot comply with these requirements. APP FOR IOS + ANDROID: This is a networking app which will be used to connect the attendees of a conference which is celebrated once a year. Each edition of the conference will be created as a new event in the CMS, but the app will get the data from this new, active event from the CMS so it doesn't need to update the app. Two weeks before the event we will send the users their activation codes via email, so they will start accessing the app and creating their networking profiles. users who do not create networking profiles can use the app to view the Timetable, Speakers and the Sponsor logo, but they will not be able to access the Networking section, which we have called "Citas de Cerebros". We have prepared a rough demo (static) wireframe of the app so you can view all sections HERE: [login to view URL] without the final design, and without dynamic data. The final app must read the data from the CMS and have the design proposed in the files attached to this project description. The wireframe is missing a chat button to view a list of all the registered users within the networking "Citas de Cerebros", so you can chat to each of them from this list. We'd like this to be included too, please. Summarised, the registry for the "Citas de Cerebros" networking consists on filling in what knowledge you have to share, what you would like to learn, and what you would like to debate about. You also put your name and photo, and manage which time slots you want to have available for networking (based on the slots created by us in the CMS). Then, you can access the networking section and browse the interests of other users which match your own, propose networking dates with them, offer your knowledge, or propose debates. You can also manage received proposals; accept, reject or ignore. All this within your available time slots. When a user has accepted your proposal you must get a push notification. Also, when the real date and time of your networking date arrives, you must get push notification reminder too, showing the basic data. We don't mind the design of the CMS so long as the data can be seen clearly. MINI CMS: - Login for 1 admin - Can create/edit/delete events. An event has 8 types of contents: - 1 name - 1 date - 1 timetable - 1 sponsor - 1 logo (image) - Speakers - Users (unkown number) - Networking data added by the users from the app - A sponsor has a name, a URL and logo (image) - Speakers is a list of several items which are the people who will speak at the conference. Each speaker has a name, photo (image), description (text) and URLs of their social media - A timetable has for each entry a start time, an end time, a name, an abbreviation (3 chars max) and a boolean indicating if it is available for networking or not - The users must be importable via XML/CSV/whatever is easier. The users can have: - name - email - activation code (a string of 8 chars) - data which they input from the app (we do not provide this data; it will come from the app) - The admin can select which is current event, and this is the event which will display in the app, becoming "active". - Tha admin can view all this data in the CMS. For both the APP and the CMS, only one bid for the whole job.
