Hi I have understood your requirement. for the project access will not be suitable as that is single machine application and access does not have much security and reporting facilities are not good. I can develop it as cloud based applications using php and mysql using the bootstrap framework. Hello, You are right about Access not being the best way to handle the project requirements. You could add some vba code to "adjust it" to your needs, but many developers advise against it. However, we could build the project around the access database, by using it for its intended purpose, record storage. All the queries will be handled by an external interface file that is user friendly and manages the records preserving data integrity (accidental edits into the tables, data loss, etc). If you could send me some mock data (or the current database you've built), I can build a demo in a couple of hours to show you how the app can look and work.
