Build IOS and Android Application for an Existing Directory Website

Hello all, We are looking for IOS and Android app for our websites company directory section. I will try to give necessary details below. - Directory includes around 50 Categories and 500 companies. - There is 2 types of membership for the listing. Gold Member and Normal Member. - Gold Members always lists on the top according to the date they are added. So last added gold member stays on the top of the listing. - Normal members are also listed with the date, however they come after gold members. - All listings has those specs: a) Category, 1000 character description text b) Logo c) Phone number, Mobile number, Fax d) Address, Google map display e) Web and email addresses f) 2 social media accounts - We have all the details of the listings in our database. We would like to have easy to use and sleep app for the users as user age range will be from 18 - 60. Application will have a simple contact and registration page where we will receive the users messages and companies applications to register. Registration is not necessary. Please keep in mind that our team also has web programmers so if you need any help then we are happy to do so. Finally we would like to see following 3; - What is your solution to update the applications as we would be adding new companies to our website often. So we would like the apps to be compatible with the website so we dont have to input the same details to the app again and again. - We want this project to finish fast where we dont want to waste your and our time.
