Build a cost-effective travel chatbot (Experience required!)

This project aims to be developing an cost-effective chatbot for travel. !! You may use either rasa NLP, dialogflow, wit, luis or any other service !!, since our clients in this area are cost sensitive. The reason of outsourcing this is because recently our team has many customers asking for cost-effective chatbot solution, that is beyong our capacity to handle. So we are also looking for reliable bot development partners for long-term collaboration (who are specilize and responsible for our travel bot area and we are happy to pay ongoing fees for setup of additional bot instance, training service and maintenance). Experience required! Requirement: 1 Have knowledge on at least one mainstream opensources / SAAS NLP platform like rasa, dialogflow or wit etc. 2 We are planning to customize existing solutions for training.
