We need you to build a Budget Voting system for Wordpress. Users will have a certain amount of "money" to spend, and they get to choose what they spend their money on. For an example, visit: [login to view URL] In the example above, the budget is $24.33 million. Users can vote on what items contribute to that budget. They cannot spend over the allocated budget. System should be easy to use as our clients will be using this. Any question please ask. PLEASE VIEW ATTACHED PDF. It outlines the backend (wp-admin) area and what it should look like in frontend.
