Bring PHP Projects and Get Commission

Hi there! Greetings I hope that you are doing well. I've a 1 year of BDE experience, from an IT firm in Miami, Florida. US. As I've brought them projects (Work is going there currently, it is 6 month project, at least). Hence, I got relieved from there temporary and now, I am a BDE and freelancer account manager for an IT startup. It's been a 2 month with this firm, I've provided good leads for website development and designing and brought them some projects. But due to a small team, I feel my abilities hindered due to the non availability of devs to take on new incoming project, provided by me. I am looking for a robust and mid sized IT firm for collaboration with me for project incomings. My requirements: 1. Weekly fixed salary. 2. Commission on project value. What will I deliver 1. Project leads, responsible from clients. I will bring in the client for discussion. The rest I expect the technical team to handle technical queries. 2. I will redevelop your freelancer profiles on various portals like freelancer. Com, fiverr, pph etc., for more leads, offcourse. 3. I will guide you to the success in freelancing market.
