Blockchain Technology and Ethereum Smart Contract decimal places error fixes

I am looking for a Blockchain Technology and Smart Contract Super Expert/Professional who can correct decimal number error. When I transfer for example 5000 Tokens to user through [login to view URL] the receives 0.000005 Tokens instead of 5000 Tokens. Note that this issue was not happening in the past until the few days ago and I believe there is probably reset done on my Metamask. Is there a way to change the decimals places entered on Metamask after someone had added a Token? My Token number is all super messed up, and I haven't figured out how to change it to normal.
