Bitcoin gambling website - blackjack game

Hello everybody, I need someone to create for me a bitcoin gambling website. In a nutshell, it's a one game website (a blackjack game) that use only bitcoin. So, people who want to play, have to make a deposit in bitcoin on the website and after will be able to play the game. I need someone who will be able to create a blackjack game using bitcoin in a flat design (2D), with an admin panel. Like that I will be able to modify the bet size, the number of cards, the link to my bitcoin wallet...
