We need a control panel to manage phone numbers and connect to [login to view URL] to send out text messages and read incoming messages. Control panel. -login and log out to keep people out. -add phone numbers. text box, will compare and not add duplicates before adding to the database. -show how many active phone numbers and removed phone numbers -text box option to remove a phone number from the db - send message to all active phone numbers. -on the send message have a spot to enter a test phone number and test button to send a test before mass sending the message to all phone numbers. -post back script on the local side to read messages incoming. if says stop,remove,spam, or any other list of words mark the phone number as inactive. if they text anything else and they are not in the database, add them. otherwise ignore it. I would prefer this is php/ mysql
