Audio transcript

Need a php application running h24 7d. This app must "listen" all the audio .mp4 files inside a folder and transcript the file in Italian language saving the .txt file with the same name of the mp4 file. Need also a html viewer. On the left ALL the audio files to select. Once selected, it will open the audio (to be listened) and show the text that can be corrected and updated directly from that page. In another page, I want a phrases cloud with all the most common spoken words. Clicking on one common spoken word, I want to see all the audio files with relative transcription. Else, I need an easy statistic panel. How many records in folder, how many records per day on calendar, how many records per day spared by hours, how many records per month, how many records per year always by hour and day (Monday Thursday etc.etc.). This app must run on PHP and must be executed on xampp inside my windows pc. During the project, I want to see all the progresses, so the developer must give me a preview link where I can test the product. The application can also be done in python or whatever you want, the fundamental thing is that I have a web page where I can see and manage the files and stats, accessible from external computers.
