Hi, may I see the site, maybe there are some js errors that prevent ajax posting of comment, so the default form post happens ? Or even if its not this we may think of some js solution.

I think That There is must use of Ajax in your site So the user can enter the data without refreshing The whole web page . WordPress comment system is fairly limited. It sends comment notifications only to site administrators and article authors. Maybe there is a plugin for comment notification that is not working fine. I can try to fix it.
