Add a new feature to my website

I am Looking for a full stack Web developer who knows Bootstrap, PHP/MySQL and jQuery to add a follow feature to the following website: www.codesharer.org. That is when if Bob follows Jess, Bob will see in his feed all of the code snippets jess likes, comments on and publicly posts. Also after a member logs in the feed should be the default homepage while they're logged in. However, if a member is not logged in or if a visitor who is not a member visits the site they should only see the current home page. The person to whom I award the job should outline clearly how they intend to implement the feature. Also, I would like people to be able to upload images to the description box when they add a code snippet. Before giving me a quote I highly recommend you visit the site to get an understanding of what I mean as it is very hard to describe to someone who is unfamiliar with the site.
