My Account - backend user management

I am looking for a Developer to do some backend development. The only frontend required other than adding some PHP logic. I need a backend CMS to be able to manage users (add, edit, delete). Capturing: Salutation (Mr, Mrs, Miss etc) First name Last name Customer ID Email Number of points Once the above details have been entered in the backend, I want to be able to invite users (via an email) to create an account on the frontend by confirming their email and choosing a password (see [login to view URL]). Once a user has created their account they will be taken to a ‘My Account’ on the fronted (see [login to view URL]). The second time a user visits the site, they will just be able to login with their email and username. Additional details The number of points entered in the backend, will be used on the frontend to display a loyalty card. There will be 4 tiers of membership. The colour of the card will change (by adding a CSS class) to show the relevant card. Bronze – 7500 points Silver – 12000 points Gold – 15000 points Black – 25000 points I’d also like to show a block of text for each tier (editable in the backend). So for Gold members for example there would be a block of text which would be different to what Silver members would see. Frontend users should be able to change their password and update their email address. If their email address is changed within their account on the frontend, this must be reflected in the backend. They should also be able to reset their password if they forget it. Invite email - I'd like to be able to customise how this looks (I can create/edit the HTML for this). The solution could be a custom PHP solution or a WordPress solutions. I’d like to hear your ideas of how you would solve this, what plugins you might use.
