Need to develop a simple PHP Adds based Website

Hi All, Need a small adds website,where admin will be posting some links..like for example displaying few news papers..with adds link attached to them, when posted they will be displayed front end and when clicked on particular post(newspaper).. that particular add should be displayed in pop up..so in this way every entry or post will have different custom adds. And when any city is selected on top drop down (designed pages will be given to you),categories drop down should be updated to cities,these city and categories we will be adding already at back end and search results should be displayed accordingly. Coming to back end (admin)..where admin will be posting new adds and also edit and delete updated adds. and in add category page city drop will be already having cities which will be inserted in database.. process will be select city and add category name. these added categories will be displayed in add new ADD/entry page,based on city selection.. for example newyork > hotels > one add posted.. California> hotels > another add posted.. on search if selected newyork ..hostel add posted in newyork should be displayed. And another is normal search..if any thing is typed in search box..results should be displayed. I will give all front end and admin pages..you guys need write only functionality on PHP for these pages. ping or message me if any queries about this.. Thanks.
