Disable a module in Opencart Admin

The website has a built in colour change (skin changer) module. This module is shown in admin however the disable/do not Show in Store setting is not working. When set to "do not show in store" the skin changer should not be visible on the website. I need the module to not be displayed in the front end of the store / to be removed. Details shown in the attached.
