I need php programmers who have OO concept and knowledge of smarty to work on a website with me. The team will consists of me and the programmer. I have the basic framework ready, some of the pages can be done easily within 4 hours of configuration design adjustments and management of php_assoc_arrays that act as a dataTable. The framework is basic design for programmer to work on. He will need to be familair with smarty, and i already have the smarty ajax plug-in set up. Although he/she might need to write javascripts to update the information of the page from ajax response. I have example codes for reference and i think it would be easy for an experienced programmer. I am not strict with the design, so if there are some issues i am always available to discuss and contact thru email and msn. IF design needs change, i will help change and modify and discuss on the issues. However i will be strict about the OO implementation according to the design. I will also set up a cvs server so the programmers can download the codes using tortoise cvs. The rest of the requirements are available as neccessary documents for the bid. Also please do not hesitate to ask questions. One last thing, the zip folder contains documents for understanding only, i will release the codes once i accept the bids. If you wish to try it out, please let me know so i can set up the server and release the codes.I need a blank web to be set up by this thursday so i will accept the bid soon, and i am willing to split the work between programmers so it will be faster. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
