Online printing website

Hi, We are planning to launch an online printing business for which we need a website where users can upload, edit and customize their pictures and get them printed. We need the following features: 1. Capacity to design a photobook using templates and backgrounds. Also there will be different size and types of photobooks. 2. Design T-shirts. 3. Design coffee mugs, keychains etc. 4. Admin can upload various backgrounds and frames with placeholders for photos for user. Although user can change the photo position and size, initially they can just add a photo which will be resized, rotated and positioned at the placeholder. 5. All user project designing will be done in flash. 6. Links to picasa and other online photo albums so users can directly link their uploded photos. These are the features which are prominent and the details can be discussed in course of bidding. For reference, bidders shall look at the zoomin.com. Their photobook designer is perfect and I'll like a designer pretty much like that. Also I want the site to be designed in PHP and flash. If you think any other technology, share with me the details.
