Making javascript links valid HTML link

3 boxes on one page act how I want them to do, but using a javascript action to make a link. I'd like this done without javascript but with valid HTML. Also uses a javascript framework (mootools) to do some slides, which still needs to work. [login to view URL] So, all the mouseover actions / etc all work as I want, just I would like to not use javascript for the actual link code, and still have the site validate. Please make any CSS changes in a separate file or otherwise document them. Please make a new folder on the server and put your version in there. You can change the php code as well as the CSS code, as long as the end result is the same. The CSS is used elsewhere on a site so I do need to keep the unused bits. You can completely rewrite the page/use new CSS if thats easier, as long as the end result is the same. I'm willing to accept some design changes if necessary.
