189655 Flash, XML, actionscript

I need a flash developer that is well versed with actionscript and xml. Basically I have an image (approx. 1200px x 900px) and also a bunch of small buttons/images. (approx. 200 – 250 buttons) The buttons will be placed on the image in specific spots. The links for the buttons will be contained in an xml file. You will need to read the xml data using flash/actionscript to make the buttons clickable. The buttons are actually separate image files uploaded by users that need to be placed in specific spots on the image. This can be manually done with photoshop but please advise if it is possible to automate this by including the image name in the xml. You will be given the basic structure of the XML file from which you can create the full XML file. Your input might be needed on how exactly to structure the XML file so that it can be read by flash. Initially we can just use the same placeholder image and link for each of the buttons. There is a second part to this project of creating the XML file from a MySQL db using PHP. Users will go to the website and fill out a form with their info and also upload their buttons/images. The locations of the images and the links will be stored in MySQL. The admin should be able to login and view, and update this information. I can provide more details via PMB if needed. If you are able to do both components (flash & PHP) please bid on both parts, otherwise you can bid on just the flash part.
