We are looking for a clean and configurable multiplayer poker game written in Flash. The game needs to be configurable in several respects, such as the number of players (2-8) and the dimensions of the UI (starting out this will have width x height in pixels of 420 x 320, but that will likely change going forward). Notice that the dimensions for this game are small. That is because this game will fit into a page with other important elements. The developer will need to be creative in providing a simple, clear, and intuitive interface for users that makes efficient use of the limited space available. The game should conduct each round of poker in a way that accounts for the possibility of a player either dropping out or not responding. In general, this will be accomplished by giving each player a timer to make his move, and in cases where the player does not respond, making a move for the player (typically the move will involve not betting). We are looking for a developer or small team to build this application over a 5-week period. The design should have AS code separated as much as possible from the graphical components, so that if we later choose to create an additional (perhaps larger) front-end, it will merely require generating a new set of images. In order to develop this game as a multiplayer app, you are encouraged to download and use the trial version of ElectroServer, which offers a free demo license for up to 20 users. This should let you test as much as you need for a single game of poker with up to 8 players. Also note that for this project, you can join all players into a room on initialization of your application, so that you don't have to code the login and wait processes for individual players. This should simplify the coding process.
