File download error only when using WINzip to open zip files

I have a version of NetOffice loaded, and having problem with the download script, it will currupt ZIP files when it downloads them using the download script. The upload feature works great and downloading any file NOT compresses works great too. This only happeneds with WinZIP files. You can open the downloads with WINrar but I need them to work with WinZIP. The error I get when you try to open a downloaded ZIP file is "Start of Central directory not found: Zip file corrupt." There are several ways to fix this, for those who know php very well this is simple, there even have fix on [login to view URL] website. I need someone to find the problem and fix it right. Thanks
