CSS/Graphic Designer wanted for Site Identity

We are currently working on designing a new e-Commerce auction site, and would like a designer familiar with PHP, MySQL,CSS and great graphics skills to work on giving us a new visual identity on the Internet. Your work will mostly be re-structuring and creating a design for existing pages (both logged in/logged out) in a similar style to eBay - but a little more corporate, and applying them. To give you a feel for how the current codebase is structured: All pages use a [login to view URL] file to load the site logo, menu and bottom links onto pages All pages use dynamic sql content, but are mainly composed of tables, forms etc. (like eBay) If you encounter any minor adjustments you feel would assist a page (eg. including php to let you see how many messages or bids you currently have in the top bar (which is just a COUNT(occurances) instance anyway) - we would love for you to add them. To work on the site, you may need to have your own server with PHP, MySql, and mailer support - although we may be able to set these up on our own hosted site in time for the coder to start work. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and has experience with eBay's styles (we dont want to copy them, just deviate to something more elegant but welcoming). Note that if you do a good job - there may be opportunities for more work on the site, and possibly a long-term position on our extended online staff. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
