Creative Designer with Programming Skills to Work on Domain Registration Website

I need a creative web designer who also has good programming skills The project is to design a Domain Registration and Web Hosting website using an API XML Feed. - I will provide all the materials that the successful candidate will require a) Generic template b) PDF samples of rough layout c) Logos and other images d) API XML feed from domain registrar e) Page content copy - The successful designer must also have good understanding of using and working with API XML Feeds that is provided by my Domain Registrar - The project is ready to be started immediately – But please only apple if you have the necessary skills and you can work to a high standard I’m very busy and don’t have much time for time wasters – No disrespect to anyone.
