cakephp multi site like wordpress USD1000

This project is simple or difficult (as i don't know how to do) we have a cakephp script. I need to run it as wordpress mutli site function. There is only ONE app, one core cakephp so, I want: When user visit: [login to view URL] <-- our master site And user1 can sign up for our application, like wordpress. so, he will get: [login to view URL] he can also MAP his domain to this sub domain, and the browser will show his domain. e.g. [login to view URL] ---> will map to [login to view URL] if you still don't understand why i mean, please check how wordpress mulit site work. Notice that we know httpd config file is needed to change, such as the .htaccess file. we need to keep or pretty url and other features. Any expert can do this, show us in your server. as long as it work on side, we pay in escrow 100%. then you help us to config our script (you send us the file, we update) once it work, we release the payment. So, we will NOT select any winner unless you done what we said in your server first. Just grap a simple cakephp, and show me.
