PHP troubleshoot/ exchange program not working properly

I have installed an old traffic exchange script I had on [[login to view URL]][1] but I couldn't find the database creation table so I went through the script and came up with what I think is the DB tables, the program worked good but it doesnt accept new signups ( Bad) so what I want is to FIX this problem and to check the script and database for errors and fix them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
