Need very talented coder/developer to join our team

We have a need for someone to join our team for someone going projects. We are looking for a long term relationship here not just one time only task. We will ask you to bid for 20 hours of work and then we will make new project in 20-30 hour increments as needed The person we are looking for must be very good with .net and sql. They should be able to write code in c# and vb. You should also have skills in asp. You should be creative and sharp when it comes to builing good applications. We currently have a project that needs someone to go in and figure out why it is not working correctly between the webserver and the sql server. We think there may be a problem with dlls but not real sure. We will need you to fix this app and test it. We also have another application that is a web portal that needs some work and testing. We will base our decision on your ability to communicate and get things done. We have worked with a number of india companies but they communicate slowly and things take way to long. We are lookig for speed. We will pay good moeny for this. We will ask that you document your hours so we know what we are paying for and ask questions real time as you have them. We are not looking to go through a project manager to get to the coder. We want to work direct with you, the coder developer. It is rare but we may need help with linux/php/mysql but not much. Mainly just be able to install things and make sure they are running correctly. Please bid for the 20 hours and let us knwo your qualifications ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
