We currently have a web site that allows people to sign up for various cultural events. This web application stores a guest list in a database, which also contains information about the event, registered users etc.
We have previously developed some prototypes for check-in applications that help doormen to locate the guests on the guest list, and flag them as checked in. These prototypes are simple GUI-clients that connect to a copy of the database from the web application. One of these two prototypes was developed in Borland Delphi, and one in java.
In this project we want to develop a new and improved application that combines the features from both prototypes. The new application should also have a some new features which is described in the attached document.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:
A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) Filled all acceptance criteria from the document attached to this bid request.
