convert access database to vb.net

Its a database system used by a courier company. Access database using access and vba frontend with sql server tables -- to vb.net using sql server tables. Straight conversion with bug testing against original. It will drop a file for a web site to pick up that will also use .net. It has 4 main forms. As the form is filled out, popups occur. I have inherited it so i dont want you to change the logic flow. This is strictly conversion. I can assist with beta testing to cut time and cost. Project management is negligible bar overseeing conversion accuracy. there will be an overview spec showing logic flow to go with the full working model. It about 5 to 6 weeks job if programmer is highly skilled and motivated. There are similar projects later on for right candidate. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
