Yii Framework or Other Framework- Develop PHP Web CMS, Scrape the Android Market data

i need this work using Yii framework or other frame work that u expert in it , and this is re post work ( i already hire someone to make this project but the work not complete and with a bad system full with bugs and ready made script that not suitable with the task )

if u do the coding pls make it easy to follow ( that mean the have a line or sometime to guide how and what that code will do )

pls DON'T used any ready made android scraper system or script

need a php script that will pull information from the android market place [url removed, login to view] and save it into MySQL database. or more better solutions

6)Installs ( download apk files ) ( so people can direct access download the apk file using my site )

need scrape system data information store at my server

I want the php script to be able to scrape the whole market.

( must have a cron job that can scrape new or update apps details )

( must scrape all non update or all apps details )

need also social network login/signup for my site ( that mean people who have the facebook or twitter or +google account just can signup using them social network account )

I also want the admin control panel to handle all app details or member details / banner setting / advertising setting

must have admin panel

must have member panel

must have advertiser panel
