Website Development, Design and Logo

Website Development and Design We are looking to hire an experienced, well reviewed, detail oriented, Web Development/design Company to redesign an existing business/website we recently purchased. We have a design in mind we like to emulate which we can provide via PM if interested. We need a development and design team to bring our idea to life in a complete, clean, error free, database driven website with a CMS system including shopping cart including an admin panel where we can edit copy/pictures/videos/etc. The site currently is getting good rankings for industry keywords and we would need for it to at least remain that way if not strengthen and/or better the rankings. No loss of rankings. The site would function both a Membership Site as well as be able to sell individual items to customers. Currently Customers can sign up for a membership and perform searches for products on the site via a MySQL database on the backend. The databases are already built however we would like to add some more search functionality for members. We would also like to be able to offer different levels of Memberships which will provides access to certain items/products which would be managed using an admin panel…currently using aMember for this purpose and like it, but open to other ideas/applications if recommended. It is on a linux platform using PHP and MySQL..some flash would be required. Other items/requirements to note: - Logo – we would like a logo to be designed/created that represents the company better and promotes the image we are looking to present; professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, leaders. - Strong MySQL and PHP experience required. - Select/propose appropriate/related Graphics and/or images for the site and provide us with Ownership rights to all. - Recommendations for shopping cart and CMS integration for selling products online. - Upload, Test entire website, payment should be properly and securely done, etc. - SEO/SEM optimization - Strong english - We must be able to communicate with you via Skype or Telephone between 9am and 5pm EST - We require regular communications and updates - We are very meticulous and detailed oriented so we need a similar partner or this will not work. - Not overburdened with other projects so that every little change takes days to happen. We are open to ideas to better the design, development, functionality, etc. Could turn into a larger partnership if all goes well as we are looking to have a “go to” partner to work with that will represent us well when a client/customer needs a website to be designed and developed. Time is limited on this project and I require completion within a timely fashion. You will be held to the time frame provided so please be realistic and ask questions if you need too.
