Viceni is a wholesale supplier of homeware and giftware in the UK. We’re looking to implement a new online ordering system / website / ecommerce site which provides the following functions: • The ability to display our product range for everyone in the world to see, which will show our retail pricing • The ability to add products to a basket and to be ordered, either on our company credit account facility or pay by the payment method detailed below • The ability for our wholesale customers to log into our website and see our standard wholesale pricing, minus any discounts we may offer • We would like to ability to set customers up with a discount structure, which will be either 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% • Our retail and wholesale customers will be expected to pay with PayPal, however we would like the ability to offer SagePay at a later time, to be available within the solution • The ability to offer a dropship service, where our dropship customers can have their orders delivered to one of their customers addresses • The ability to require our dropshippers and retail customers to pay for their orders, before they are dispatched (no credit requirements) • All orders will generate an email to our generic email address and the customer; as well as storing orders online • The ability to zoom in one product images • The ability to show multiple images Pages of Text • We will require a number of pages where we can offer information about our brands • We will require a number of pages about our company, delivery information, term and conditions and about ourselves Branding / Look / Feel of Website • The website will offer products by category (wall clocks, alarm clocks, picture frames etc) where customers can view our product range. There will also need to be some attributes to view products by Brand / Price • The website will also need to be have specific brand pages, showing all products from a specific Brand • The website must incorporate the company logo • All branding pages should also include the brands logo • The website should be clean / crisp and be primarily in white, so our products stand out on the page The Solution • The website should be built using an industry standard solutions, such as Joomla / OSCommerce etc • The website should be built to work with a 1&1 Business contract (PHP / MySQL) The Vendor • The vendor should be able to show previous websites and testimonials regarding their work • Payment will be 20% at the start of the project, 20% at design sign off, 20% at build completion, 20% at testing completion, 20 % one month after go-live and live running.
