Static Site to Mambo Installation

Need someone to take a presently static website and transition it to a Mambo install including the developement of a custom template and banner. Most graphics and information are already included in the static site. Potential vendor MUST have experience in Mambo installations and template development. Since Mambo is relatively new to me I will need some follow-up support to get me started administrating the site The present static site can be found at http://www.geminimultimedia.com. I would like the focus to be the web hosting packages but the industry news is also very important. The logo and color scheme must remain the same. Some custom form work is necessary to gather package, Terms Of Service, and demographic information. Potential customers will eventually interface with Paypal for their hosting purchase.
