simple joomla site needed

I need someone creative, who can take the template, images, text, design notes, I give you and submit back to me a final website that is very nice and professional that does not require exact instruction to make a nice looking final site. You should be familiar with many components / modules/ extensions and Joomla. I am looking for someone that wants regular work, who can at minimum build for me one or two Joomla sites every week. lets start with your first site, please bid on below project as described. site is portfolio type for display paintings, it is currently loaded with sample data, you will need delete/replace sample data with 4 different category/pages each with 20 image I give you to display, a contact page, a contact for free estimate module on each of the category pages, about us page, home page with sample image/images and link to the 4 category. I will send you template and explain what text to put on each page and images. this is easy , you can do it in less than one day if you are fast , if you are slow you must finish within 7 days max, my target price per website I would like to pay is USD30
