Need coder to update website layout and admin functionalities

Hi we need a PHP coder who can convert html files to PHP and do the admin, I need someone to update website, we already have design and coded already in html including the admin, but basically you will just need to create the pages, code it in PHP, and update the admin using the html template that we have. Please bid accordingly and make sure you know JQUERY and applying this to all of your work. as the admin part will use Jquery to save changes via $.post, update dom elements etc. Please PM for further details.
