Import excel data into database on PHP website

We have a PHP website that displays many products and has profiles of the manufacturer of these products. It only looks like an online store but we don't sell products. We only display the products for the manufacturer. Organized in an excel spreadsheet, we have contact info for 4,000 companies and each of these companies has 5 products (20,000 total) displayed on our website, (similar to an online store). We have a feature on this website that will allow for an import or "mass upload" of data (via .csv or excel format) into the my SQL database so that the website will display the company and product info. The text information is organized in excel and the images are already uploaded to the site. Your job is to upload/import the excel or .csv file into the website database so that the information (text and images) is populated on the website. We have the .csv data file. We have the images uploaded. We have the format. We will give you the ftp access info. We will show you where it should be uploaded. You will need to troubleshoot and fix any small problems to ensure a successful upload and make sure the company and product information appears correctly in the website. You must be skilled with PHP websites and mySQL databases. We will give limited access to the top 3 programmers. This project must be completed in 10 hours. This project will only take 2 to 5 hours to complete, depending on your experience. Please ask any questions. We will choose a programmer in the next 80 minutes. You must be able to start immediately. We need this project completed in 10 hours.
