First Phase - sports card selling site needed built

I am looking to have a website built to allow the sale of sports cards in a manner called box breaks. If you are familiar with box breaks, this would be a big plus. The site is going to be run by me with other people who sign up to do the actual selling. I want to start the site off small & then have it grow as features will be added . I need someone to take on this project & stay with me as new things or phases are added. The way box breaks work is a seller puts up for sale every team in the sport card box that is being sold and the buyer for each team receives the cards that have a player from that team. The box of cards is sealed and would be recorded being opened on YouTube. I want the site set up so the seller only needs to pick which sport the box break is going to be, and then price each team accordingly. You would set the teams up so they are already there for the seller. They would give each sale a name and item number to keep track. The name would need to be long enough to fit quite a few characters. Some breaks will consist of several boxes or even cases so lots of info may need to be put in and shown to the buyer. Year, name of the product etc. Also, an image can be added if the seller wants. Not all teams will sell for the same price, so seller needs to be able to put price on each one individually. The sports involved would be Baseball, Football (American), Basketball and Hockey. Only one sport would be sold at a time, but more than one box of cards can be sold for that sport. The seller needs to put his PayPal email in settings so buyer can select teams they want to buy get total to pay for at once. Cart like. After teams are bought they can’t show for sale any more. Also, discounts for multiple teams needs to be a feature. The seller may have more than 1 box break for sale, there needs to be the ability to run multiple sales & let the buyer pick all of the teams they want to buy and then add it up at the end when they are finished and pay. A receipt would need to give a summary of which breaks they purchased and teams purchased from each break. Another feature needed is shipping charges and ability to have them and give discounts if needed for multiple teams purchased. I will need the ability to add new sellers with the same features and functions using some kind of login (admin section) that I log into & set them up. A billing system would be needed to charge them a monthly fee although it would be free at first. Maybe even a price based on how many sports they are allowed to sell or which ones. The sellers would need to have their own log in (admin section) to set up their box break sales and check on the status, put in their info such as name address etc. The home page would be controlled by me with info about the site & have list of the different sellers, what sports they do & more. Also would like ability to integrate Twitter, Facebook & more for promoting. I want a forum where buyers, sellers alike can share. I'd like a rating system for buyers and sellers feedback. Would like fairly simple, no real advanced features unless discussed with developer and approve them. I want the site to be very user friendly. Would like the ability of sellers to post their YouTube videos on their pages for the buyers to watch at later date. Links for other media sharing would be ideal, such as UStream or similar. The sellers page would have links to their other pages with their current breaks, breaks that are sold and have been uploaded to YouTube. I’d like rotating youtube video and current boxes sellers have on home page. As the project is discussed and details are worked out, we can update things and keep track in order to come to a price agreement on the first phase. Project name “First Phase”.
