FAST TRACK WAP SITE DEVELOPMENT

I have a fast track WAP development project which involves developing a fully functional WAP version of my Web application/portal with scaled down features. The WAP will have the following features: sign up, log in, resend password, shopping cart, funding of e-wallet and conducting payment using provided API, checking wallet balance, checking of wallet ID, connecting to 3rd party side using API, pulling and displaying data from an existing database and more. The bidder must have excellent WML,WMLscript, XHTML & XHTML MP experience as well as ability to integrate WAP site to mySQL database and PHP web site for seamless information sharing (API will be provided as required). The wap site MUST open/load fast on very slow mobile internet connections. The wap site must render (display)very well on the small screens on mass market phones like j2me and symbian phones like sony-ericsson W580i etc which are non-javascript enabled phones as well as display on smart phones like blackberry, iphone, android & WM. Selection criteria will be based on choosing a bidder that provides links to WAP work done previously. Please if you do not have the experience and sample wap you have done do not bid and indicate the earliest time to complete this work.
