I currently have a live website running on a remote, FreeBSD server. I also have a local version of Apache on Windows XP where I do my development. I want to configure CVS to manage my development and production branches. I want to implement revision control and develop a simple method of merging development changes into the production server.
I have no experience with CVS, so I need someone to guide me through the setup process. I need to figure out where to put the repository, how to load up the files and how to use it to manage my development. I use Zend Studio for my development and want to use their CVS features to access the repository.
I want someone who is very familiar with cross-platform CVS installations that can easily talk me through the process. I will not give my telnet login information out, so you will have to talk me through it. You will be paid once both my servers are under CVS and you have taught me how to use it. You will need to be available for a block of time on instant messenger to help talk me through it and answer questions. Strong english skills are a must.
Hi Sir,
We are very much experts in this and we even hacked cvs-nt to make it work with multiple repositories. Looking forward to have a venture with you. Please check PMB.
Thanks
